A fee of $75 plus $4 for every $1,000 of construction cost is required for a building permit, to be paid after permit is approved via cash or check.

If paying with cash, it must be hand-delivered, but checks can be mailed or hand-delivered, to the following address: 1201 Telegraph Road St. Louis, MO 63125
